Every collaborator is screened for academic training, professional experience and subject specialisation before working on a client project.
Native, specialised translators
We only use mother-tongue translators specialised in the subject of the text. As a rule they translate only into their native language - with rare exceptions for very rare languages.
Professional tools
On large projects our linguists share CAT tools and translation memories, and follow agreed procedures, terms and conditions for every job.
On time, every time
We deliver on the agreed date. Urgent jobs are possible, with a surcharge agreed with you in advance.
Double check
A project manager follows each job, handles timing and keeps you and the translator in touch. Before delivery every text is checked for spelling, grammar and punctuation.
Second and third review
For sensitive texts - legal documents, financial statements, contracts - we can add a revision by a second or third specialist translator on request.
Confidentiality
Your documents stay yours
Texts and personal data are handled with strict confidentiality. We never share your material with third parties without written consent - only with the staff and suppliers working directly on your documents.
